Matty (Matthew) Tupaj

ABOUT

Matty first began his journey in High School, where he took up music and acting. His senior year, Matty tried his hand backstage, Stage managing and helping out behind the scenes in the local Burlington area. Under the mentorship of local professionals, Matty began his journey into professional theater which led him to attend Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.

Matty is now a graduate of Saint Michael’s College. He has spent the last four years working in student theater and local professional theaters. He has also been trained as a manager through business courses and at Aubuchon Hardware. It is at the juncture of management and theater that Matty found his calling in the entertainment world.

With his work, Matty enjoys helping a team grow and work towards a common goal. He loves the fast-paced environment of theater and the satisfaction of a successful performance. Matty’s enjoyment of his work comes from his enjoyment of story-telling. He lives for the intense, inspiring story-telling that happens onstage in a quality stage production.
